Tortue Lodge designs, builds and sells timber tiny houses, mobile homes and garden studios from 15 to 40 m². The models are insulated for all four seasons and delivered fully equipped. They can be visited at two showrooms: see the contact page.

An entry budget of between €45,720 and €89,640 excluding transport, lower running costs thanks to the small volume to heat, no property tax (taxe foncière) as long as the house remains mobile, a build time of a few months and the option of moving it. On the other hand, finding land remains the difficult step.

The rules vary from one municipality and zone to another. We support our clients so that their project complies with local building and zoning standards. Before buying anything, check with your local town hall (mairie).

Yes. The layout, materials, cladding and fittings are chosen model by model, from the 15 m² studio to the 40 m² dormitory. The configurator lets you describe your project step by step before receiving a tailored quote.
